With a partner:
100 KB Swings (53/35)
400m Run/ 500m Row
100 Push Ups
400m Run/ 500m Row
100 Goblet Squats
400m Run/ 500m Row
100 Slam Balls (30/20)
400m Run/ 500 Row

The kb swings, push ups, goblet squats, and slam balls can be split up however you would like. One partner will run while the other rows. You will alternate who runs and rows each time
