There’s a common misconception that doing CrossFit can result in a bigger, bulkier body type, especially amongst women. Simply put, this is just not the case. “Bulking Up” requires an extremely high-calorie diet and high-frequency heavy weight lifting. Neither of which we do or advocate. Our focus is on strength and athleticism, not “bodybuilding”. The WOD is based on a series of exercises performed back-to-back in a high intensity, circuit style of training. You’ll appreciate that we have showers because you are going to sweat!
Our experienced coaches provide professional supervision and instruction and focus on ensuring the execution of correct mechanics and technique throughout every workout.

Crossfit Kids is a specialized method for teaching Crossfit to children and teens, ages 3 – 18.
Offering much more than just a scaled down version of CrossFit, this popular program focuses on a child’s specific developmental needs (neurological, cognitive, motor) according to age group and ability, and is designed to instill a lifelong love of fitness and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
